Adapting and Evolving! Throughout my time at West Run Apartments, I’ve seen the business grow and change—from updated Standard Operating Procedures to new leasing software and lease generation methods. Whenever needed, I refreshed outdated signage and documents to align with the latest branding guidelines from Coastal Ridge Real Estate. This role covered a broad scope of design responsibilities, from small-scale items like magnets and stickers to large-format pieces like six foot tall banners!

When installing new equipment, instructions can change between each new model rolled out by the company. The Maintenance Supervisor at West Run Apartments asked me to create wallet sized cards that each member of his team could easily carry and reference. These were meant to be produced in a way that could be easily replaced if damaged.
The final product was 2 front and back cards that could be printed and laminated in house any time they needed more.
